I’ve always been struck by how many indigenous traditions—across continents and centuries—carry the same quiet remembrance: we come from the stars. Not as myth or metaphor, but as lineage. When elders speak of ancestors, they’re often pointing beyond bloodlines and history, toward something older and far more expansive than our usual sense of origin.
There is a particular star that keeps appearing in these stories, a luminous marker that seems to whisper about consciousness itself—where it comes from, and how it enters form. When I first encountered these teachings, they didn’t feel strange or foreign. They felt familiar, almost comforting, like remembering something I already knew.
In the video above, I share why that is, and what this ancient stellar knowing might be inviting us to recall now.
